Sales & Account Management
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for all Company products, solutions and services.

  • Develops and manages sales operating budgets.

  • Develops and recommends product positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.

  • Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.

  • Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

  • Monitors competitor products and sales activities.

  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.

  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.

  • Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.

  • Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product, solutions and services.

  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.

  • Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.

  • Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.

  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

  • Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

  • Directs product research and development.

For Solutions (Pre-Sales)

  • Oversee the entire Solutions Pre-Sales Operations of the Company which includes Solutions Pre-Sales and Business Development, Software Development, JOC and Marketing.

  • Develop, communicate and implement the strategic direction of the department.

  • Provide technical and management leadership to team.

  • Responsible for Budget Achievement, Business Profitability and Positive Cash flow.

  • Strategy setting as and driving quota accountability.

  • Medium to long-term planning and oversight of project management standards, methodology and execution.

  • Responsible for career development of staff

  • Provide the most senior level of management to solutions architect and software development teams

  • Regularly leads important regional initiatives.

  • Responsible for setting up policies and procedure in the provision of support to clients consistent with contractual obligations.

  • Work with the leadership team to ensure support and execution of medium term to long term business and organization plans as well as strategic and policy development to improve organizational performance.

  • Manage the P&L of all product lines of the Company

  • Protect and adequately utilize all of the company’s assets towards the effective conduct of company business.

  • Foster productive business relationships with local and regional company staff, suppliers, business partners, customers and other business contacts towards ensuring the effective conduct of the company's business.

  • To conduct business in accordance with legal, professional and ethical practices and adhere to company policies and practices

  • Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

  • Male or Female; graduate of Sales & Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Advertising or any Business Course or its equivalent.

  • Preferably with Post Graduate units earned in Sales & Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Advertising, or any related field.

  • Preferably with at least ten (10) work experience as Technical Engineering and Services in an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in all areas of Client Servicing with a proven track record in product planning, defining and launching successful products, unifying product portfolios, and working with ICT related product lines.

  • With established account relationship with high net worth private and institutional clients.

  • Should have a proven track record in Account Management that shows profitability.

  • With an above average planning, budgeting and forecasting, oral and communication skills; inter-personal; analytical; problem-solving; negotiating skills.

  • Highly personable with exceptional PR skills; strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills, with proven track record of account management bringing with him/her a solid client database.
