The Sr Corporate Planning Manager is responsible for directing and managing the development of the company Business Plan as well as monitoring progress of the plans with the objective to ensure the alignment between the developed business plan and company strategy, in accordance with budgetary guidelines and rules of the company.

The Sr Corporate Planning Manager must be prepared to lead the development of business performance management tools and measurement systems to facilitate and support corporate performance improvement. The position provides advice and leadership regarding the development and implementation of Key Performance Indicators and performance measurement systems, assesses KPI results, and works with other managers to implement process improvements, often working closely with HR and IT in order to define and enhance system requirements for performance data collection and reporting.


  • Corporate Strategy
    • Oversees the planning, development, and maintenance of the corporate and departmental Balanced Scorecard
    • Translates the company's vision into SPATRes (Strategy, Programs, Actions, Task & Resources)
    • Monitors the operational execution of the corporate workplan Will also oversee and manage the Finance Shared Services Delivery Business of the GBSC and collaborate closely of the Finance Home Country Process owners to deliver services based on agreed Service Level Metrics.
  • Business Planning
    • Direct managers in organizing and developing the Company’s planning process by providing proper guidelines and information to ensure the alignment of business plans with corporate strategy
    • Leads coordination with shareholders, company-wide meetings and business arrangement with 3rd parties to ensure the alignment between shareholders’ requirements and the developed business plans
  • Budget and Performance Management
    • Works closely with HR in implementing performance management and transitioning from the traditional performance appraisal process to our HRIS system
    • Reviews and monitors the achievement of department, service group, and corporate goals, objectives, and KPIs
    • Takes initiative to control expenditures to ensure the alignment with business plan and budget limits
    • Interfaces with Finance to ensure compliance with corporate budgetary requirements and guidelines
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Deploys and maintains real time dashboard of key metrics and data
    • Provides useful information to the management for its decision making, including board of directors meeting write-ups and accountability report
    • Builds team, appraises team’s performance, and evaluates their contribution to realization of the departmental business targets


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Preferably with experience in a company specializing in FMCG, food, or distribution
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
