Job Description and Qualification:

Job Descriptions:
  • Do Organizational Development services for clients
  • Conduct sales and marketing activities such as Updating Marketing Materials, Meeting with potential clients and identifying their OD needs, Make Proposals, and Follow-up and negotiating for the specs and fee
  • Project & lead management of HR consultation services, especially Total Rewards, Performance Management Systems and so on
  • Development and enhancement  of the HR programs and solutions
Required Competencies:
  • Advanced knowledge and skills in Human Resources
  • Design and implementation skills (interventions / solutions)
  • High comprehension skills / critical analysis
  • Logical
  • High project management skills
  • Customer-oriented, highly committed to contributing to clients
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Qualifications:
  • A graduate of Human Resource Development or any related course
  • Masters Degree in Organizational Development is nice to have for the position
  • With more than 15 years of experience as an HR Business Partner practitioner or as an HR Consultant with experience leading the ff:
    • Organization Design or Job Design
    • Job Analysis (including Job Description creation) and Job Evaluation
    • Grading System, Performance Management System, Promotion System review
    • Total rewards review including creating TR Philosophy, Benchmarking and Salary Structure Development
    • HR Data Analysis
  • Came from an HR Consultancy firm that offers Organizational Development Services
Others:
  • Regular work hours - Monday to Friday (8:30 am-5:30 pm) but must be open to having a flex-time schedule
  • Schedules may vary depending on the availability of the client
  • Currently WFH set-up
