Job Description and Qualification:


  • At least 5 years direct responsibility for the design, implementation, administration of a multi-site MS Active Directory-based server environment, including DNS, DHCP and Windows Server. 
  • Proficiency in network communications protocols, topological constructs and TCP/IP. 
  • Demonstrated skill in the creation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Active Directory security policies, including workstation and user group policy hierarchies. 
  • Linux server knowledge is desired but not required. 
  • Experience with firewall, layer 2/3 switching and routing technologies, preferably Cisco. 
  • Experience with server backup and recovery tools and procedures. 
  • Experience with server virtualization platforms such as VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V. 
  • Experience with Windows 10-workstation Active Directory-managed multi-site networks of at least 100 users, preferably in a BPO or corporate service center organization. 
  • Experience working with security, process and quality standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and ITIL is desired but not required. 
  • Experience with security technologies and tools such as endpoint security, anti-virus and anti-malware administration, security event management, intrusion detection / prevention is desired but not required. 
  • Experience with high-availability network and server technologies such as BGP, server clustering is desired but not required. 
  • Experience with workstation and device management tools such as Solarwinds, ManageEngine or similar is desired but not required. 
  • Industry and/or vendor certifications are desired but not required. 
  • Strong documentation and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience in building  system documentation and IT procedure guides. 
  • Demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility / advancement and self-directed professional development.
