Job Description and Qualification:

The Sr. Payroll Manager will manage the payroll operations to ensure accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll, provide timely and accurate financial information, participate in daily data entry Payroll processing.

  • Manage day-to-day payroll department operations and workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
  • Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits.
  • Process Payroll accounting, journal entries and accruals.
  • Oversee deliverables and ascertains improvement opportunities within the area.
  • Reviews various analysis and reconciliations
  • Process accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary and provides reporting to management on issues, projects and processing statistics.
  • Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
  • Ensures compliance to Team Norms, Internal Controls and Company’s Policy

What we are looking for:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Banking and Finance or any Business Course preferably a CPA
  • With 5 years of relevant work experiences.
  • Good analytical thinking skills so as to create financial forecasts and financial data reports.
  • Detail-oriented in verifying figures and accurate calculations
  • Good written communication skills so as to create detailed financial reports that others can read and  understand.
  • Good time management skills and sense of urgency so as to meet deadlines and complete tasks in timely fashion.
  • Organization skills to keep paperwork and financial records neat and orderly.
  • Computer literate so as to create spreadsheets and access data
