Job Description and Qualification:


Market & Account Development
  • Execute development programs mainly on new products from existing Principals and customers.
  • Develop new customers for existing product lines within the assigned territory.
  • Gather information on competitors - activities, business outlook, market trends.
  • Conduct market survey.
  • Coordinate and meet with contractors, project managers of road constructions, government and private contractors.

  • Establish and nurture business relationship, extensive orientation, align business development strategies with customers.
  • Negotiate sales to assigned customers.
  • Monitor achievement of Sales and address the gap against targets. 
  • Identify technical concern of customers, evaluates and recommends course of action to supervisor.
  • Handle sales of special chemicals and raw materials used in road construction, drilling and asphalting.

Principal Management
  • Assist in Principal-customer calls in coordination with Market Manager.
  • Take charge during principal visits, plan itineraries in advance, prepare background reports, and finalizing visit reports.
  • Define support needed for assigned customers to generate sales.
  • Attend technical training & trade shows as needed.

Credit Management
  • Recommend credit limit and payment terms after assessment of Customers' business condition.
  • Ensure timely collection of account receivables, minimizing risks for the Company in coordination with Finance and Customers Service Representative.

Customer Complaints Management
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints by coordinating investigation with involved departments.

Reports and Documentation
  • Prepare customer visit reports, reports to principals, and trip report using company CRM tool
  • Prepare - weekly and periodical highlights/lowlights, monthly rolling forecasts, sales, development/status report and annual Sales Plan.
  • May travel outside Luzon as required by job.

  • Degree in BS Civil Engineering
  • At least 3 years Sales Experience in PVC Powders, polymers, resins.
  • Preferably with network and exposure in road project, foundation, building, etc.
  • Computer literate, with driving skills, excellent command of English Language, negotiating and business presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of Industry and has good grasp of the market cover.
