Job Description and Qualification:

The role will be mainly responsible in management of Property Specialist in sourcing potential customers for the company's products: luxury condo units.

Job Description:
1. Sales
  • Source and assess quality real estate properties (condo, residence, and office buildings)
  • Advertise and present properties to potential customers
  • Negotiate with the customers in selling properties
  • Participate in networking events to make connections with executives/potential customers 
2. Management
  • Train and manage the sales team
  • Oversee the recruitment of freelance agents
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years in real estate sales experience, 3 years in management 
  • Handled sales of units worth at least 15 million pesos
  • With an established network of owners and buyers 
Commissions: 30% of Agent Fee which is 3% of property value
