Job Description and Qualification:


·         Receives delivery of display materials and accessories from supplier by unloading contents from delivery trucks or containers

·         Recording of incoming and outgoing display materials and accessories in the Retailer Database System (RDS)

·         Monitor display material inventory to determine stock condition, appropriate inventory level and anticipating needed quantities for future shop renovation or construction

·         Maintains proper documentation and record-keeping of incoming shipments, deliveries and collections of display materials

·         Responsible for the proper storage of materials and accessories which includes destruction and disposal of used display materials and accessories

·         Prepare scheduled delivery of display materials to point-of-sales by processing requests, pulling out stocks, packing boxes and transporting packages to the delivery area

·         Conduct actual physical count in display materials area and point-of-sales on a regular basis

·         Assist in the forecasting and ordering of display materials and accessories from suppliers to ensure sufficient stocks and anticipate point-of sale requirements

·         Assist in the delivery of display materials during point-of-sale visits

·         Prepare inventory-related reports for management’s reference in decision-making

·         Maintains cleanliness, neatness and orderly work area

·         Provides support to Sales Logistics Department

·         Any other related tasks that may be assigned by management


·         Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or any four-year course

·         Honest, trustworthy and highly motivated

·         Good communication skills

·         Adequate comprehension skills to understand instructions or directions

·         With working experience in inventory and warehouse management

·         Highly organized and able to store items efficiently

·         Knowledge in MS Office applications

·         Superior organizational skills and attention to details

·         Self-starter with positive working attitude

·         Can work independently
