Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 3 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Must be keen to details.
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Working in a multinational company is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in Ayala, Makati.
  • Must have an experience handling or using a CRM Tool or any Software Management System.
  • Must be willing to work on a Night Shift schedule.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Description:
  • Schedule calls for Department, Committees, Focus area teams, and other groups as needed.
  • Collect agenda items and circulate to stakeholders on Samepage.
  • Management of StratComm email distribution list; adding and removing team members.
  • Support in processing StatComm tickets from SurveyTool to InMotion
  • Support Insight and Analysis team with monitoring and creating reports on online entrepreneur topic ends.
  • Pull CRM reports of emails, chapters, names, leadership position, etc.
  • Semi-annual audit of Comms Resources SOP documents to bring them up to date and ensure old versions are removed from shared locations.
  • Regularly update marketing email performance metrics in Excel for each message sent out in our tracking document.
