Job Description and Qualification:

Role Responsibilities:
  • Management Reporting (35%) 
    • Prepares regular management reports through the coordination with relevant business units, consolidation and analysis of required information
    • Improves on the design and content of current management reports to increase relevance and usability of reports for target users
    • Organizes and maintains the Department’s repository of reports and other management information
    • Supports team members in producing Business Plans
  • Market Research & Competitive Intelligence (50%)
    • Conducts market research related to specific customer segments, customer needs, distribution trends, business industries and/or geographical locations 
    • Obtains and maintains all important competitive intelligence information for existing and emerging competitors 
    • Monitors and understands industry trends o Identifies threat and opportunities for the company based on market and competition research
    • Prepares presentations that communicate key information about market and competitor trends 
  • Support for Strategic Planning (15%) 
    • Supports team members in producing Business Plans of the company by gathering required information and coordinating with relevant business units Provides support in the preparation and conduct of the company’s strategic planning sessions 
    • He/she may also perform other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. 
Skills and Experiences Required: 
  • University graduate (with background in marketing or actuarial) 
  • Work experience – 2 years doing strategic planning or corporate planning
  • Insurance work experience (preferred) 
  • Results-driven with track record of producing accurate, thorough and professional work 
  • Assertive and able to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Knowledge in : 
    • Insurance background (preferred) 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word 
  • Skills in: 
    • Communication and interpersonal skills
    • Research skills 
    • Analytical skills 
    • Organization skills 
    • Presentation design skills 
  • Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
