Job Description and Qualification:

The Student Experience Manager has overall responsibility for developing and maintaining a positive student experience for all students of the Institute. The role will be expected to do planning, implementation, administration and evaluation of all non-academic student programs and services aimed at contributing to a meaningful student experience. He/she will also respond and resolve student affair issues and participate in the development of the organization's framework, policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree holder in Management, Educational Administration or Student Services
  • Bachelor's degree holder in Education or any related field
  • Working knowledge with customer life cycle model in any industry
  • Experience in admissions, student affairs or registrarship work in a supervisory or managerial capacity; exposure with international students, an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and web-based applications
  • Excellent oral and written English communications skills
  • Flexible and can handle students of diverse cultures
