Job Description and Qualification:

Responsible for managing supplier quality and capable of delivering results in a fast paced and demanding growth environment. This includes managing supplier qualification and resources in new product development, production assurance (pre-shipment inspection/process audit),  problem solving (CAP),  quality sustaining activities, managing customer complaints and warranty follow ups, leading and driving  continuous improvement processes internally (Company) and externally (supplier side), guiding and facilitating  communication platform, and partnering with New Product Development (NPD) and Procurement located at Global Headquarters in Austin, Texas.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering  or related degree from a respected University.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in supplier quality assurance within a global environment.
  • Fluent English and ability to communicate frequently within international teams.
  • Working knowledge of various office software including Microsoft Office, Box and Video Conferencing technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with the following processes (PDCA, 5W, 8D, DMAIC, LEAN).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines within a global environment.
  • Strong communication skills and must be willing to take initiative to drive for solutions.
  • Strong team work with ability to collaborate within global environments where teams may be dispersed.
