Job Description and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics or equivalent
  • Working knowledge in Supply Chain and Logistics processes preferably from a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry
  • Must have experience in performing/processing Goods Receipts (GR) in SAP
  • SAP experience is a must
  • Must have background in repacking activities and materials planning
  • Experience in coordination with regulatory team for any changes in packaging materials
  • Knowledgeable in FDA approvals for packaging materials
  • Experience in the following:
    • Processing of manual goods receipt and inventory movements in SAP
    • Purchase orders, request for payments
    • Inventory and monitoring reports
    • Inventory counts
  • Must have advance excel skills
  • Keen to details, highly organize and strong analytical skills
  • Strong administrative skills, can multi-task, can work under minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Target driven, self started, strong comprehension skills, can easily understand instructions, fast worker and motivated
  • Can start immediately
  • Capable to work from home but must be flexible to report in BGG Taguig if needed
  • Open for a project based engagement (5-6 months). Subject to extension

  • Prepare and route packaging instructions for approval
  • Coordinate with regulatory team for any new/changes in packaging materials (FDA Approved)
  • Follow through and monitor activities
  • Order approved materials from suppliers. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Redressing request form; repacking plan. Monitor completion
  • Process manual goods receipts and inventory movements
  • Prepare purchase orders and requests for payments
  • Inventory report from SAP
  • Participate in inventory count
  • Monitor reports and other adhoc tasks
