Job Description and Qualification:

Key Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions): This self-motivated individual will provide support for, but not limited to, the following areas:
  • Act as company's initial contact for outsourced warehouses on issues pertaining to order processing, discrepancies, damages and any other supply chain related concerns.
  • Maintain stock levels in accordance with safety quantities and forecast by placing orders with suppliers.
  • Monitor inbound shipments to ensure they are on time, coordinate delivery to the correct location and keep all stakeholders updated through Excel or system generated reports.
  • Review late customer order reports and follow-up as necessary coordinating information back and forth as appropriate with Customer Care to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide solutions and recommendations on supply chain matters for internal customer enquiries.
  • Monitor sales trends against forecast and submit recommendations to the International Planning Supervisor when a change in forecast may be required.

  • Experience Planning or Buying Remote
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Experience using purchasing software
  • 1-2 years’ experience in inventory control, planning, or procurement related field
