Job Description and Qualification:

We seek highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic Inventory team as an Inventory Analyst. This role will execute Inventory Management processes in a timely and effective manner, adhering to defined policies and procedures.

  • Work collaboratively with Inventory and other colleagues to optimize and deliver sustainable inventory strategy outcomes via Oniqua (OAS), MRP mgmt., and regional stakeholder engagement.
  • Review and management of OAS work queues, monitoring OAS exceptions and optimizing OAS settings. This includes detailed reviews related to material criticality, inventory levels, insurance/spares, obsolescence, and shared stock
  • Analysis of Fleet Master Data, Return to Warehouse, Parts Availability performance.
  • Frequent engagement with regional stakeholders in managing forward inventory strategy and immediate working capital improvement tasks.
  • Ensure operational best practices and standardization by ensuring cataloging alignment with, and compliance to, internal controls including Group Level Documents and SOX controls
  • Assist the Lead Inventory Analysis in resolving complex issues, review of work allocation, and any associated activities to manage team’s performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree and / or similar qualification in a commercial, business, supply chain and/or technical discipline
  • At least 2 years experience in supply chain management
  • Demonstrated experience with Inventory Analysis & Supply Chain Strategy
  • Autonomous, detail oriented, organized, and objective.
  • Communication skills enabling the influencing of a diverse stakeholder group
  • Ability to support Supply Leaders to deliver upon department KPIs.
