Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage ServiceNow queues, generate reports and navigate ServiceNow with minimal supervision.
  • Participates in the development of license management practice
  • Create and maintain software model and asset records in the inventory system with high degree of accuracy
  • Generates software reporting for enterprise and significant publisher contracts
  • Work in concert with ETS software stakeholders to help implement improved processes, terms and conditions

                                                                                                                                                                                

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of industry experience.
  • Possessing software license management knowledge would be an asset
  • Knowledge and experience with using ServiceNow application
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving competency
  • Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
