Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): 
    • Sales Activities for Construction
    • Currently or has been engaged in the Construction Supplies or Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry
    • Proven track record
    • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication skills; speaking, listening and conflict resolution
    • Good interpersonal skills; dealing or relating with other people
    • Highly organized and has good attention to detail, excellent presentation skills
    • Can speak local dialect fluently
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Objective: Meet territory sales objectives
Job Responsibilities:
  • Search for local distributors and manage onboarding process
  • Manage & support local distributors to meet yearly targets
  • Perform provincial sales routing to acquire/retain new accounts
  • Propose marketing programs to meet/augment sales objectives
  • Monitor competitor activities
  • Develop good working relationships with related institutions
