Job Description and Qualification:


The Third Party Administrator (TPA) Sales Supervisor is one of the key figures in selling and promoting Third Party Administrator services in the Philippines. 


The TPA Sales Supervisor is primarily responsible in supervising TPA Sales Staff, but he/she is will also do the following duties:

  • Promoting and presenting TPA services to prospective clients, highlighting its features and contrasting them to HMO services
  • Gathering relevant data to determine the marketability of TPA services in the Philippines
  • Taking measures to enhance the value of TPA services


Qualifications

  • With expert knowledge in the business of Third Party Administrator services
  • With significant experience working in the insurance field (preferably health)
  • Proficient in salesmanship, particularly in presentation of offered services
  • Graduate of any 4-year degree
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php30,000.00 to Php35,000.00 /month

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays
