Job Description and Qualification:

Coordination Tasks

Interview scheduling
  • Work with hiring teams to get their availability to do onsite/bjn interview
  • Send email, sms confirmation to the candidates to remind them of their scheduled interview
  • Interview and feedback coordination
  • Collaborate with the hiring teams and follow up on their feedback on the candidates interview
  • Create and send feedback to the candidates interviewed, this includes candidates who would fall out of the recruitment process.
Office Tour
  • Provide good candidate experience by making sure that the interviewing process goes seamlessly for them. This includes
  • reminding them of their schedule, meeting with them at the reception and giving them a quick office tour and showing them around one of our value propositions - our awesome workspace.
  • Quickly chat with the candidates before the interview to make them feel at ease, provide tips on how to ace the interview if possible.
Sourcing Tasks
  • Sourcing support
  • Build a healthy pipeline of candidates using active and passive sourcing channels
  • Utilizing our available resources to look for and reach out to potential candidates who might take interest in the open and future roles that we have
  • Recruitment events
  • Provide support in terms of recruitment initiatives such as meet ups, partnering with various organization to build our network and branding
