Job Description and Qualification:

  • Device a talent acquisition strategy.
  • Interview candidates who are applying for a job.
  • Process bulk hiring needs of the company.
  • Assess the needs of current employees.
  • Analyze the specific needs of the company with the manpower
  • Adjust employee benefits according to observed needs.
  • Conduct surveys on employee satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the proper authorities to join job fairs at schools or universities representing the company
  • Monitors timeline and keep the recruitment progress in track.
  • Consolidates all possible assessment data and reports for future use
  • Build rapport with external partners (Vendor, 3rd party, headhunters, and etc.)
  • A graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any relevant course.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in the recruitment field and bulk hiring is a must.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience as Talent Acquisition Manager or Recruitment Manager.
  • Knowledge of the in and outs of human resources specifically with the recruitment
  • Can apply different recruitment strategies
  • Applied knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Willing to work in Cebu City
