Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, the incumbent shall act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, identify and engage with top technical and Non-technical talent, build and drive recruiting best practices, diversity hiring strategies, employer branding, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Align process, procedures, and policies to the Global/Regional hiring practices.
- Should have experience in design and developing methodologies for market sizing and talent mapping
- Partner with key vendors to capture labor market data and talent landscaping
- Should be able to develop effective hiring strategies, perform research on talent supply, talent demand, and competitive landscape.
- Should be able to do sourcing using different techniques (Job boards, Social Media, Talent Community, and Talent Network)
- Build actionable intelligence related to competitors (profiles, strategies, EVP, compensation strategies, and sourcing tactics) and identify key TA metrics that may indicate market shifts
- Should have an eye for details and be able to prepare various reports for business and TA organizations on hiring progress
- Participate in or lead programs that advance the talent acquisition function
- Partner with our leaders and hiring teams to develop a deep understanding of current and future hiring needs
- Quickly assess priorities and determine ideal candidate profiles
- Align to full-cycle recruitment strategy including creating job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and reference checks
- Build candidate pipeline by sourcing passive candidates; drive internal and network referrals, leverage online postings
- Manage to recruiting strategies to attain recruiting metrics
- Drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation by identifying appropriate closing procedures
- Build and maintain your personal network of potential candidates through proactive strategies, research, networking, and outreach
- Foster and create an unparalleled and unique candidate experience
- with 6-10 years of relevant experience
- must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management or Psychology or any equivalent
- Can start ASAP
- Can work with minimum supervision
