Job Description and Qualification:

Assist in building strong employer brand to attract the right candidate for the organization
• Identify hard to find job vacancies and strategize the best recruitment approach to fill them
• Proactively build applicant pipelines to meet current and future business needs by posting job ads through job boards, social media, professional associations and employee referral programs
• Strategically source potential hires from diverse backgrounds
• Manage candidate recruitment process- sourcing, test administration, schedule interviews and keep up to date with changes in candidate status including conducting reference checks
• Maintain recruitment report and applicant tracker
• Foster long-term strategies and nurture trusting relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Participate in recruitment events to grow network of potential hires
• Ensure positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the final on-boarding process
• Maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards
• Assist newly hired employees in completion of their pre-employment documentary requirements
• Undertakes further responsibilities/ tasks assigned by immediate head that may evolve in the future

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any equivalent course
• At least five (4) years proven work experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on in- depth recruitment experience, including active and passive sourcing for IT technical requirements such as Java Developers, Scrum Masters, QA Engineers, Database Administrators, Network Engineers, Business Analysts
• Intermediate to advance computer skills with MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
• Must be willing to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and demonstrate flexibility
• Must have comprehensive knowledge of ethical and professional recruitment standards associated with employment in the industry
