  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management/ Business Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
  • Open to work on a project based employment (6 months initial) subject to extension
  • Can start ASAP

  • Address queries on Succession Planning and Employee Engagement
  • Own the quality and timely completion of work requests for Succession Planning and Employee Engagement – referring or escalating as needed
  • Maintain, update and improve the scripts for Succession Planning and Employee Engagement
  • Provide support on the activation of Employee Engagement Calendar and work with regions/ sites to support detailed Employee Engagement preparations and set up.
  • Identify areas for improvement on queries and support the implementation.
