Overview

The Talent & Engagement coordinator support the preparations for and execution of the Talent & Engagement processes. As part of this, Talent & Engagement Coordinator acts as the tier 2 for Succession Planning and Employee Engagement queries and works requests for these processes. In addition, The Talent & Engagement coordinator supports implementation of continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address Tier 2 queries on Succession Planning and Employee Engagement
  • Own the quality and timely completion of tier 2 work requests for Succession Planning and Employee Engagement -- referring or escalating to Tier 3 as needed
  • Maintain, update and improve the Tier 1 scripts for Succession Planning and Employee Engagement
  • Support the education of Tier 1 colleagues on Talent & Engagement processes
  • Support the activation of the Employee Engagement calendar and work with regions/sites to support detailed EE preparations and set-up
  • Consolidate EE survey feedback
  • Support the calendaring and coordination of post-EE survey results briefings
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement for handling SP and EE queries and work requests and support their implementation.

Experience/Competencies Required

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a shared service organisation
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in working in HR function
  • Minimum of 1+ years experience in a customer facing role (can be internal or external customers)
  • Strong customer service orientation and cultural sensitivity
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills including gathering, analyzing and interpreting data coupled with curiosity to dig in and identify root causes and solutions;
  • Experience of implementation of projects/continuous improvement initiatives a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong integrity; experience in handling confidential and sensitive information
