Job Description and Qualification:

The Talent Management Officer will support the design and implementation of talent management programs and processes, including but not limited to: onboarding/orientation; performance management and development planning; talent review and succession management; and career development. He/ She will execute and measure the effectiveness of these programs; partner and collaborate with Talent and HR teams and business leaders to develop, communicate and implement the programs and processes.


Administers talent management programs and systems according to defined strategy and plan, including the creation and delivery of key deliverables, reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources.  These include:

1. Competency Management
  • Evaluate and maintain leadership and technical competency models that facilitate the assessment of employees versus these competencies.
  • Work with Talent Development and other HR partners to align competency-based processes with the organization’s competency model.

2. Performance Management

  • Administer the annual performance management system including administration of the database, system or technology to be used and generation of reports.
  • Develop tools and processes to enhance implementation and support to business leaders, HR partners, and employees.

3. Other Talent Management programs or projects as assigned


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years related experience preferably in a food, retail, or FMCG industry
  • Has a significant background in performance management and talent development
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral
  • Strong interpersonal skills, creative, tech-savvy and highly analytical
  • Has the ability to lead, coach and motivate people
