Job Description and Qualification:

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is looking for a Talent Sourcing Coordinator to work for a consumer financial services company. The work location is in CEBU CITY.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration and Management or a graduate of any 4 or 5-year related course
  • Recent experience working in the Human Resources/Recruitment. 0-1 years Recruitment – Sourcing experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office particularly with Excel, Word, Powerpoint and outlook.
  • Proficiency in designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Coral and other design and layout creating tools.
  • Ability to meet hiring goals within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in presenting in front of a large group is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, extended work hours and holidays and weekends.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in creating designs and layouts through various tools such as Adobe, Powerpoint, etc. for external and internal communications to attract potential talents for specific roles while adhering to the company branding guidelines.
  • Responsible in leads generation through Digital & Social Media Marketing, Job Boards, University Partnership, Job Fairs/Caravans, and other branding initiatives.
  • Work hand in hand with the Communications Manager in the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, billboards, pamphlets, collateral designs, etc.
  • Create job postings on the Company’s website, Job Portals and social media channels.
  • Promote the company image to candidates in the most accurate and appropriate way in accordance with the company standards.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Specialist and AVP for Talent & Recruitment to come up with effective and cost-effective recruitment campaigns and activities to attract talents and improve candidate experience.
  • Vetting CV’s and conducts screening methods such as initial phone interviews, cold-calling of candidates from job portals prior to candidate endorsement to undergo a recruitment process.
  • Assist in the overall spectrum of the recruitment process such as and not limited to conducting interviews, test administration and maintenance of the applicant Hiring Master.
  • Perform duties that may be assigned from time to time.
