Job Description

  • supervisory or managerial role in the Admin Support Services team and lead entire back office, documentation and admin operations including claims processing, and report analysis
  • Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency and quality of the fulfillment team, processes and services
  • Provide reports, insights and analysis of both internal and external performance
  • Work with external stakeholders on ensuring compliance and process standards
  • Work with the business development manager in managing partner relationships, KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Report to the Country Manager and works closely with the local management team


Qualifications

  • Must have at least 3 years of work experience in handling a team at a supervisory or managerial role
  • to lead people and get results
  • Must have a high sense of urgency, work ethic, and ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
