Job Description and Qualification:

The Team Leader must be able to lead and manage a team of employees day to day, in order to meet the metric and performance required of each individual team members; meet and potentially exceed team metrics and goals; and contribute to the achievement of the department’s and company’s overall goals.


Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of experience in call center environment; at least 5 years as supervisor/TL in inbound Voice services; minimum size of team managed = 30
  • Experience in live chat preferred
  • Must be a problem solver; training/certification in process improvement techniques is preferred
  • Good communications skills is a must (verbal and written)
  • Technical Skills
o Outlook office, especially excel
o NICE CX (preferred)
  • Education
o 4 year College/University degree a must
o Degree in communications or management (preferred)
