Job Description and Qualification:

Recruiter Core Duties and Responsibilities:

·     Search, identify and qualify all potential candidates (through internal database, job boards and other   search engines, cold calls, social media, contact lists, job fairs, etc.)

·     Qualify candidates through recruiting calls – screening candidates for essential function/duties, work history, training, technical skills and salary requirements

·     Attract highly qualified candidates by continually running descriptive job advertisements on job boards, Linked-in, Facebook and other media outlets

·     Continually build and maintain a pipeline of talent to accommodate for current and future client demands

·     Maintain and upkeep of candidates files in the internal database

·     Generating leads and market intelligence for our sales and new client development efforts

Recruiter Minimum Requirements:

·      MUST have experience recruiting for positions requiring a Security Clearance

·      4+ years of staffing industry recruiting experience

·      Proven track record of success

·      Competitive, energetic, detail oriented and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills

·      Excellent interpersonal skills including strong self-motivation, focus and passion for recruiting A-player       professionals

·      Ability to multi-task, problem solve and assist Account Executives in managing client relationships

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Strong desire to generate client leads and new business for sales team

·      Strong time management and organizational skills

·      Strong interest in following a career path to become an Account Executive

·      Bachelor’s degree preferred
