Job Description and Qualification:

We are in need of a Project Technical Recruiter who's willing to work for 3 months in the leading global energy storage technology and services provider. The work location will be in Makati City.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree holder
  • 3 to 5 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting
  • Willing to accept a 3 months contract employment
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Up to date with the industries Recruitment best practices
  • Strong Recruitment and Compensation background
  • Applies recruitment principles, practices and laws including sourcing, screening, interviewing and placement
  • Skilled and behavioral and other interviewing techniques
  • Ability to provide high-level customer service required
  • Strong team skills
  • Microsoft Windows proficient

Job Description:

  • Developing recruitment channels through different media
  • Taping sources of talent for hiring the best candidates in the Energy and Power industry
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Maintain and leverage online recruiting resources
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Maintaining effective working relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure understanding and support of short and long-term employment needs
  • Communicate with hiring managers ensuring an understanding of job duties, responsibilities and business requirements
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to design specific recruitment and selection processes, and effectively administer selection and placement processes to meet those needs
  • Counsels hiring managers on compensation issues and options
  • Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates
  • Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and interviewers
  • Maintain and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required
  • Consults followup calls and quality-improvement studies with hiring managers and new hires
  • Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews result with hiring managers
  • Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in a full lifecycle recruiting
