Role Summary

The incumbent is responsible for executing all technical & sales support activities for Wiring Devices, Home Systems and Structured Cabling sales activities and pre and after sales service to customers with proper solutions to fulfill customer satisfaction in order to maximize sales revenue and optimize distribution values.

Role Responsibilities

• Supports Sales Team in pre and post sales activities in terms of technical support including:
     - reviewing BOQ, design, making quotations, updating, exploring new leads/opportunities
     - technical presentations, demo to Partners, Internal Team, Contractors, SI or Consultants & all Stakeholders.
• Answer clients and end-users incoming requests, phone, websites, social media, walk-in, etc.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to understand customer requirements and to provide sales support
• Liaise with Regional & Group experts for technical validation, and project management purpose.
• Provides training on the job sites, products and services demonstration
• Uses company tools and procedures for troubleshooting, testing and commissioning, and maintenance
• Specify the products with major Consultants & Stakeholders and process approvals on his own as support to the Sales Team
• Participate in Company’s internal or customer meetings as a Technical Consultant.
• Contribute technical knowledge to assist on marketing matters, such as catalogue, price list, launching, exhibition setup, etc.
• Be updated in terms of company products and competitor products present on market
• Resolves customer complain by:
   - Investigating problems
   - Developing solutions
   - Recording quality report management in Solutio 2

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with System Integrators
• Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Sales-driven, to meet business targets and goals
• Independent as well as team player
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, English is an advantage
• Well-versed in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)

Work setup
Report onsite for 3 times a week.
