Job Description and Qualification:

We are in need of 2 Customer Service Officer in Makati City.

Mandatory Requirements
 - Must have 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
 - At least 2 years in college
 - Previous AU/NZ accounts or mortgage experience are preferred but not required
 - Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
 - Amendable to shifting schedule as needed by the business

Specific Responsibilities
 - End to end processing of Settlements
 - Ensure accuracy of loan and mortgage documentation
 - Conduct pre-settlement calls to borrowers
 - Process the activation of loan accounts, including setting up direct debits for payments
 - Handle and process customer service and discharge queries/requests via phone, email or paper and ensure proper documentation of conversation on the system
 - End to end processing of Discharges
 - Provide regular feedback and suggestions to the manager on the efficiencies of processes, procedures, and checklists
 - Conduct outbound calls to both prospective customers and new customers to verify contact and payment information
 - Maintain call center database by entering information quickly and accurately
 - Perform other duties assigned
