Job Description and Qualification:

• Directly reporting to the Country Manager
• The Territory Account Manager is to generate new leads and customer in the Philippines.
• He/she will be responsible to managing existing clients that will be assigned to the candidate, and should at least have her own accounts to carry-on.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Key Account Manager for key and strategic vertical markets.
• Drive and build relationships at all levels within the territory Government market and key accounts.
• Key responsibilities include: Business planning (write and agree to business plans); Business reporting (monthly forecast, weekly commit, pipeline development); Order Funnel development; and Order bookings, SFDC.
• Leveraging system integrator and business partners for sales development and sales closure.
• Drive a total engagement encompassing “Sell-To”, “Sell Through”, and “Sell With” business with the Government.
• Build customer relationships at the executive level
• Engagecompany resources as required, including executive team, product marketing, product management, pre-sales team.
• Develop new business for new products
• Develop strategic business plan for customer base
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills / Qualifications:
• Preferrably with 5-10 yrs working experience in the industry.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business is required.
• Strong Government & Enterprise account coverage and account selling is a plus. 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of large account sales and ability to think strategically about new business opportunities. Ability to make sound judgments
• Must have experience handling multi-million dollar quotas - as a Territory Account Manager.
• Must have strong experience in business and account management selling skills in large complex sales environments and accounts
• Must be a strong self-starter and sales closer, with multi-tasking ability.
• Understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles is necessary.
• Demonstrated experience with solution selling required.
• Must have strong knowledge and experience in selling Networking Data products, WLAN, IPPBX and Voice Products and Cloud.
• Outstanding Influence, communications (written and oral) – based on local needs.
• Good appreciation of business financials. Financial project analysis, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivation and working both as an individual contributor and as a leader key to success.
• Strong cross-team collaboration ability • Practical experience of managing Channel programs will be an advantage.
