Job Description and Qualification:

Responsibilities:

  • Grow the business in your assigned territory by managing and opening new and existing accounts

  • Grow market share of the company's brands

  • Improve distribution, availability, and presence of our brands in the territory

  • Conceptualize and execute brand building and volume generating activations, and events

  • Connect with consumers and generate insights to improve the brand

  • Build relationships with customers that result in preferred partnerships

  • Manage resources to win in the trade profitably

  • Develop winning relationships with distributors and third-party partners

  • Achieve monthly and annual targets

                                                                

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any course

  • 2 years working sales experience

  • Experience in FMCG Company is preferred but not required

  • Driver's license with restriction of 1 & 2

  • Amenable working mostly in the Field
