Job Description and Qualification:

We are looking for (2) Compensation and Benefits Specialist who will work for anAustralian enterprise software company. The work location will be in BGC, Taguig.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 4 years of compensation and benefits experience in a shared service company
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle highly confidential information required
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills
  • Preferably with HRIS system background

Job Description:

  • Provide support for compensation and benefits questions from employees, managers, and people team via the service desk
  • Coordinate with vendors and account managers as needed, following queries received in the service desk
  • Look after Global benefits administration
  • Assist in leave of absence and injury report administration
  • Provide and monitor new hire benefits compliance forms
  • Maintain and ensure that internal benefits and compensation documentation and policies are up to date
  • Review monthly benefit billings and coordinate payment with the finance team
  • Assist in regular compensation and benefits reporting and audits
  • Assist in survey submissions as needed
  • Assist in HRIS data management for compensation
  • Assist in compensation ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed and contributes to driving continuous process improvements
