Job Description and Qualification:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the conceptualization, development, implementation, and evaluation of Local Store Marketing programs, and Events and Promotional activities in his/her assigned area.
  • Support the roll-out of nationwide product initiatives by driving the implementation of the resulting store operational plans with the Operations Group.
  • Assists Operations Group of an assigned regional business unit in their local demand creation initiatives.

  • Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management Major in Marketing/Advertising or any related course.
  • With at least 3-5 years of working experience in Local Store Marketing, Advertising, Events and Promotions Marketing, Market Research or any related work experience.
  • Must have conceptualized, developed, finalized, implemented, managed, and evaluated various events and promotional activities.
  • Experience in working with and/or leading cross-functional teams.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Must have the following skills:
