Qualifications:
- College Graduate (in any field)
- Willing to permanently assigned in Cebu Site

Required Competencies:
- 3 year/s experience in managing a team
- Experience in working with a virtual team
- 3 or more years’ experience in delivering stand up training 
- 3 or more years’ experience in developing training materials
- Analytical skills to interpret performance data
- Experience with strategizing business metrics to drive business goals
- Flexible working hours

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Training Specialist
- Resource management including Training Specialist support, Training calendars, training rooms
- Primary point of contact for all training transitions for assigned portfolios.
- Stakeholder management for aligned portfolios across multiple sites.
- Partner with the Global training team on structuring Training agenda and blow out to meet business & client requirements
- Attend and facilitate conference calls with clients & stakeholders to ensure timely and complete Training support
- Deliver New Hire Training, Refresher training, Development courses and customize training based on TNI/Individual needs.
- Develop behavioural training content for non-exempt employees based on business needs.
- Deliver behavioural training content for non-exempt employees based on business needs.
- Deliver behavioural training for exempt & non-exempt employees
- Partner with Operations teams to identify process opportunities and develop training solutions.
