Job Description and Qualification:

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manages overall Training and Development activities in respective area/section
  • Plans directs, and organizes the Training and Development procedures and processes consistent with organization's goals and objectives
  • Supervises staff and assistants to daily training activities in respective areas
  • Collaborates with department managers the design and development of organization's training programs and recommends appropriate action related to Training and development activities
  • Advises and consults with Management members pertaining to training related activities and projects
  • Confirms Job Analysis, Training Needs Analysis, Gap Analysis, and Competency mapping of organization's workforce
  • Manages organization's training programs including implementation and ensures delivery and effectiveness of results
  • Advises and consults with external training providers in relation to competency requirement of organization's workforce
  • Manages internal and external training program relevant to identified requirements of the organization
  • Manages the Competency Based training program and MAP (Murata Active Partners) including collaboration with the concerned groups and management members
  • Designs training programs in relation to organizational requirement for the development of employee's competency and functions as internal Trainor for identified training programs relevant to areas of expertise
  • Oversees certification audit administration in relation to ISO, IATF, and RBA
  • Monitors, directs, and recommends actions to daily activities of subordinates in relation to daily tasks/responsibilities
  • Plans and initiates activities in relation to process improvement and project management
  • Performs administrative functions such as performance evaluation and recommendation for any personnel movement of direct reports in coordination with the department manager
  • Oversees company communication services in relation to important advisories that may arise
  • Considers budget, manages and controls its utilization. Prepares report for hearing and justify budget
  • Maintains 3s, safety, and adherence to company rules and regulations in the workplace at all times
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time


  • Graduate of 4-year Bachelors Degree, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
  • Preferably with related experience in training, learning, and development
  • HR-related training is an advantage but not required
  • Flexible, adaptable, and accommodating
  • Service-oriented and flexible
  • Has an ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
