Job Description and Qualification:

  • Manages overall Training and Development activities
  • Plans, directs, and organizes the Training and Development procedures and processes consistent with organization's goals and objectives
  • Proposes improvements in training related activities and projects
  • Manages Job Analysis, Training Needs Analysis, Gap Analysis, and Competency mapping of organization's workforce
  • Manages organization's training programs including implementation and ensures delivery and effectiveness of results
  • Advises and consults with external training providers in relation to competency requirement of organization's workforce

Qualifications

  • Graduate of 4 to 5 year Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resources, Behavioral Science or any related field or its equivalent
  • With 4 years and above related experience in Training, Learning and Development
  • HR related trainings is advantage but not required
  • Flexible, adaptable and accommodating
