Job Description and Qualification:
- Manages overall Training and Development activities
- Plans, directs, and organizes the Training and Development procedures and processes consistent with organization's goals and objectives
- Proposes improvements in training related activities and projects
- Manages Job Analysis, Training Needs Analysis, Gap Analysis, and Competency mapping of organization's workforce
- Manages organization's training programs including implementation and ensures delivery and effectiveness of results
- Advises and consults with external training providers in relation to competency requirement of organization's workforce
Qualifications
- Graduate of 4 to 5 year Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resources, Behavioral Science or any related field or its equivalent
- With 4 years and above related experience in Training, Learning and Development
- HR related trainings is advantage but not required
- Flexible, adaptable and accommodating
