Job Description:
  • Implements internal and external training programs – these programs are evaluated and adjusted as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
  • Work with supervisors and managers on developing programs that will help gain productivity and sales profitability.
  • Create internal marketing materials to be distributed throughout the company.
  • Achieve sales training operational objectives by contributing sales training information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, identifying trends, determining sales training system improvements, and implementing change.
  • Determines training requirements by studying sales and marketing strategic plans and current sales results, conferring with sales executives, reviewing results of trainer coaching, and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Accomplishes sales training, both internal and external, and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • To provide effective management of the organization’s business activities that will focus on the strategic growth, as well as on the finances of the organization.
  • Incorporate policies and procedures of the company in business operation.
  • To set and achieve long-term objectives and goals of the business unit.
  • Continually research methods and techniques in training and remain up to date on developments within the industry and competitors.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year course: Nursing, Med Tech, or Business/ Engineering course.
  • Should have at least 5 years in the training field where 2-3 years of which are as a Training Officer
  • Conducts regular needs assessments, identifying skills and/or knowledge gaps that need addressing
  • Knowledgeable of both traditional and modern training methods, trends, and techniques
  • Strong computer skills; knowledge and successful implementation of instructional design theory
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Preferably with a wide range of networks particularly in the hospital/pharmaceutical industry
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 08:30-17:30
