Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Two (2) position(s) available.
Must haves:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in any Business or Communication course or its equivalent
2. Creative skills in designing powerful presentations and impactful visuals
3. Communication skills for effective meeting facilitation, letter writing, and training delivery (if necessary).
4. Interpersonal skills for better and effective collaboration with business unit partners.
5. Influencing and negotiation skills for managing stakeholders (Local and Group; Internal and External, Vendors and Suppliers)
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications, video, image, photo editing tools
7. Experience in multimedia arts is preferred.

Job Summary:

A temporary personnel is needed to assist in planning and implementation of awareness, communication and training initiatives to embed a culture of Governance, Risk, Compliance and Ethics in Philam Group.

Job Description: 

1. Develop and design content of various risk, compliance, ethics training materials and/or e-learning courses for employees, agents, and third parties. 
2. Assist in arranging training schedule and logistics for timely and effective training delivery to key business units and/or target participants.
3. Assist in deployment and communication of e-learning launch. 
4. Create awareness and communication materials (memo, posters, slides, avp, etc.) to shape and sustain culture of Governance, Risk, Compliance and Ethics.
5. Create surveys and monitor results for proper analysis and interpretation of data gathered.
6. Assist in ensuring accurate and timely submission of reports to stakeholders.
