Job Description and Qualification:

  • Responsible for providing oversight for the development and maintenance of training programs within the department.
  • Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
    • Oversees and assists the Quality/Training Specialists in their development of training programs.
    • Participates in the delivery of training programs.
    • Performs quality control functions, including the timely and accurate completion of required audits.
    • Responds to inquiries and system changes. Identifies, investigates, and resolves audit processing issues, and provides oversight and assistance with procedure guidelines.
    • Resolves Rebuttal Issues for the Quality Auditors.
    • Develops and delivers training program for clerical staff. 
    • Provides oversight of the training, coaching, and mentoring of the Quality/Training department staff.
    • Provides ongoing feedback to the manager regarding the performance of the Quality/Training team.
  • Requires a BA/BS degree and 7 years leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
