Job Description and Qualification:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related course
  • At least one (1) year of data entry, administrative, and/or database management work experience
  • Must be keen to details
  • Can start ASAP with complete pre-employment requirements
  • Must be open to work from home temporarily and must have a conducive work space at home.
  • Must have a strong and stable internet at home
  • Must be open to report in Iloilo Business Park, Mandurriao as needed
  • Open to work from 6 AM to 3 PM
  • Must be flexible, strong analytical skills and strong communication skills

FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Competence in the English language, spelling, and grammar
  • Competence in document layout/formatting
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools to high standard
  • 70 words per minute typing speed

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for transcription of electronic files issued within the databases such as, but not limited to, letters, reports, and statements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Transcription

  • Performs transcription of electronic files issued within the database
  • Accesses National Typing Database and Dragon Database as instructed
  • Follows typing procedures by downloading work in date/time submitted order
  • Ensures correct service level agreements are attached to cases
  • Ensures prime record is up to date by recording and feedback any missing inputs
  • Feedbacks any template or typing issues to the immediate superior
  • Reads over drafts to ensure quality of output

B. Business Process Support

  • Ensures that all Crawford’s standard operating procedures (SOP) and turnaround time are adhered to
  • Refers matters beyond limits of authority and expertise to immediate superior for direction
  • Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct by protecting the confidentiality of information
  • Performs variety of administrative duties and other related tasks from time to time as assigned to contribute to otherbusiness processes
