Job Description and Qualification:

A skilled project management analyst to manage Transformation Office routines, team schedules, logistics and project reporting to deliver set objectives with speed, quality and value. In addition, this person will support ad hoc requests generated by the Transformation Office team. This professional will be responsible for tasks associated with delivering general project management of the Transformation and specific ad hoc requests of the Transformation Office. This person will combine traditional project management routines with new ways of working (Agile) to delivery Transformation with speed, increased certainty of success and optimal value.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years’ experience working on large scale transformation enterprise-wide projects with global stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, conscientious and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Being flexible and adaptable, and find new ways of solving challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across relevant stakeholder groups to provide quick and accurate responses to all queries and relevant support as required.
  • Has basic knowledge on SharePoint creation, maintenance and administration.
