A Japanese chemical manufacturing company in Laguna, our client recently established a business partnership with another Japanese company in Japan. They recently rented an office in Makati.

Job Description and Qualification:

As an Administrative Secretary, you will be mainly responsible in assisting in the execution of Strategic Human Resource policies, particularly in salary administration and timekeeping while ensuring that all internal processes and physical office space are conducive to all employee's high productivity and efficiency. You will play a key role in building the company from the ground up. 

Requirements:
Education: Graduate of a 4-year course from any university
Experience: At least 3 years of working experience as an Administrative or HR Staff in any company. 
Competencies:
  • Strong skills in general administrative and HR processes, particularly in Payroll Management and Timekeeping
  • Knowledge about the Philippine Labor Code and all pertinent laws, rules and regulations related to Human Resource Management 
  • Knowledge in basic MS Office Work tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Detail- and Process-oriented
  • Works with minimum supervision
  • Displays the highest degree of integrity, professionalism and high initiative
Salary: up to 25k
Target interview date: 2nd week of August
Target start date: 2nd week of September
