Job Description and Qualification:

About the role's day-to-day activities: 

  1. Sales Target Decomposition;
  2. Agent’s Daily work check;
  3. Agent’s performance track;
  4. Call review and coach activity delivery;
  5. Lead the team to finish the revenue target;
  6. Know how to manage the leads (consumers & potential consumers);
  7. Interview candidate, complete the recruitment & resignation workflow on time;
  8. Respond stakeholder team if needed

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team 
  • Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education. 
  • Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
  1. BPO Sales Experience: 3-5 years on outbound sales (cloud products preferred e.g. AWS, Azure, etc.)
  2. College graduate with any sales related course
  3. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  4. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  5. Excellent active listening skills, organizational skills, issue analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  6. Highly competitive, passionate with sales, challenges hard work/ can work under pressure
  7. Strong business sense and industry expertise
  8. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Work onsite in Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas, Pasig
  • Responsible in creating the team's schedule, will work on a rotating schedule of early morning and night shift

Salary: 50,000 (negotiable)
