Job Description and Qualification:

  • Oversee Talent Identification and Candidate Experience team members 
  • In accordance with our SLAs, Supervisor will post all positions in draft within 24 hours
  • Provide training and guidance to team members, 
  • Accurately update requisitions with detailed job description provided by market, free of grammatical errors or misspelled words
  • Provide full life-cycle administrative support for the interview portion of the candidate life-cycle
  • Support the coordination and facilitation of all aspects of candidate interviews, onsite/virtual/video interviews, travel coordination, and provide accurate onsite logistics, interview itinerary, and/or video link to candidates
  • Process expense reporting surrounding interviews that incur travel costs
  • Perform additional clerical tasks and research associated with recruitment best practices
  • Leverage existing knowledge of the local talent market to build competitive intelligence and a pipeline of target companies and candidates
  • Continuously expand knowledge of local and national talent markets
  • Implement and execute against a variety of candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs, staying ahead of new innovation and industry trends
  • Source candidates through a variety or search methods (social media, applicant tracking system, job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches, etc.)
  • Bachelors degree graduate
  • At least 4 years experience in US Recruitment particualry sourcing for Healthcare account
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willign to work in night shift
  • Ability to work autonomously and support virtual and remote stakeholders
  • Experience with high volume of tasks and requests
