Salesforce UX UI Lead

  • IT or Business Degree qualified and/ or significant relevant industry experience;
  • Experience in the areas of UX / UI development (Essential);
  • Experience with developing digital assets, eg. Using Adobe suite (Highly Desired)
  • Salesforce CRM Experience (Essential);
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience (Highly desired);
  • Salesforce Developer Experience in Apex / Lightning (Highly desired);
  • Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum and related methodologies (Highly desired);
  • Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality (Essential);
  • Understanding of the value of metrics and incremental delivery;
  • Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills;
  • Analytical in nature with the ability to place customers first;
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative;
  • Solid time management and attention to detail;
  • Will be commercially minded and understand our business and how we are trying to move to a customer centric organisation
  • Can multi task both projects and BAU priorities


  • Work closely with CX leadership, product owners, and brand teams to define UX and Design requirements across the Salesforce platform across desktop and mobile devices
  • Ownership of the look and feel of our developments
  • Apply solid and well formed UX design techniques such as persona development, journey mapping, user flows, sketching/storyboarding, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, etc.
  • Conduct requirements analysis, task analysis, stakeholder workshops and competitor and market analysis (as needed).
  • Make confident and well considered recommendations for ensuring users can fulfil their goals using a product or service
  • Attend daily project stand-ups and other such client, staff and team meetings and presentations when required
  • Collaborate well within the CX team as well as the wider business. Show pro-activeness and initiative with a high level of autonomy
  • Look for the most effective and efficient ways to solve simple and complex problems and communicate solutions effectively
  • Can confidently articulate and present their UX/UI process and outputs along with decision making reasons and evaluation criteria
  • Is naturally curious, creative, and passionate about all aspects of design and user experience
  • Has 3+ years experience across UX and UI bringing to life software and digital products (ideally with some of this on the Salesforce platform)
  • Knows how to gather and use data to improve design decisions and test assumptions
  • Is actively on top of current trends in design, layout and aesthetics
  • Creates wireframes, assets, and documentation to engage software developers (App, Web, etc)
  • Is able to lead non-designers and sales people through the design and development process
  • Knows how to iterate a live product so we can constantly evolve and improve our products
  • Cares about details and delivery of product
  • Proficient in the common UX / UI / Graphics software tools
