Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, directing and managing the overall financial, administrative and strategic functions in the division that supports the business direction and operations of the Hospital.  He/ she will perform a wide range of financial functions which include, but not limited to directing the preparation of the overall financial budget for the organization, conducting financial analyses and communicating consolidated business report to the management, directing an effective system of accounting across the organization, ensures the management of fixed assets, ensuring an efficient payroll system and compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements for the hospital, among others. 

Additionally, s/he guides the respective department leaders in the achievement of their departmental goals and provides direction in the creation and establishment of policies and control measures to ensure cost-efficiency in all financial related activities.

S/He will serve as a member of the executive committee and participates in making key business decisions and/or recommendations of related programs and initiatives that further the business interest of the organization while upholding to its overall vision and goals.  S/He champions the division’s continuous performance improvement and quality compliance and implementation activities. 



1.          Graduate of any four year course preferably in Accountancy or Business Administration; qualified member of an accountancy body or a holder of an equivalent qualification. 

2.          Minimum of twelve (12) years’ experience in Finance and/or in operations, and an additional three (3) years’ experience in Sr. Managerial or in an Executive capacity.

3.          Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint;

4.          Strong mathematical, analytical, communication, and organization skills;

5.          Demonstrated leadership and complex organizational management skills.

6.        Possesses leadership qualities to aid in building, maintaining, and elevating relationships with CHH internal and external stakeholders and drive the achievement of business strategies and results. Qualities that would include, but are not limited to:

7.          Good command of the English language, both oral and written.  Can speak the Visayan dialect and/or Tagalog.
